We believe it is important to do the work right the first time. Our process to collect the data and create accurate documents the first time is the secret to our success! Correct reports and construction documents allow for on time and on budget projects. Our success is measured by providing cost-effective solutions for each problem on each project, before the client even knows there is a problem. We do not approach the client with a problem that does not have a solution. Our solutions will be researched and all-inclusive prior to being submitted to the client. With our extensive experience, we have developed details for almost any condition. If something new comes along, we will investigate the problem, develop a viable solution, and present it to all parties involved. Our design considerations include material compatibility, constructability, structural load capacity, fire resistance, drainage capacity, wind uplift resistance, thermal resistivity and code compliance.

PBEC staff have evaluated, tested, designed and specified hundreds of building envelope systems including roofs, façade, skylights, curtain walls, cladding systems, waterproofing systems, plaza decks, and below grade waterproofing. PBEC staff have a vast experience with many different types of buildings and industries. We have worked on airports, schools, shopping malls, low, mid- and high-rise office buildings, multi-family residential structures, federal facilities, military installations, food production facilities, vehicle manufacturing facilities, and numerous others. With a systematic approach to data collection developed over many years, we believe we can find the root cause and develop a detailed approach to correcting the issue the first time! We apply our knowledge gained over many years to consistently deliver successful projects for our clients. This approach eliminates the inconsistencies in the bid process and allows for consistent and accurate bids from the contractors.
