Teresa Ochoa-Young

PRESIDENT

Teresa Ochoa-Young is a co-founder of Premier Drone Solutions, LLC, dba Premier Building Envelope Consultants which is now known as The Chadwell Group, LP.

She has nearly three decades of business experience working in various positions with the State of Texas and the current company.
She obtained her Bachelor's degree and Masters degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

Teresa is bi-lingual and proud of her Hispanic heritage, with many of her family members still residing in the Chihuahua region of Mexico.

Carl Young Jr.

SR. VICE PRESIDENT

Carl Young is a licensed Public Adjuster in states of Texas and Oklahoma. He is also a licensed UAV (drone) pilot and Certified Thermographer.

Carl has completed thermal imaging and moisture testing analysis using our state of the art drone and camera technology on hundreds of buildings across the continental US and Puerto Rico.

He has over two decades of insurance claims experience and provides exceptional representation to Insureds who need assistance with their commercial or industrial property insurance claims.

Carl has achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Claims, Associate in Risk Management, and Senior Professional Public Adjuster professional designations.

​Carl is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Steven Drennan

SR. VICE PRESIDENT

Steven Drennan has over two decades of experience as a Building Envelope Consultant. He has consulted on projects in 17 countries and 43 states. Steve spent 5 years as a Program Manager and as Director of Corporate Programs for General Motors.

Steve is the immediate past Region IV Director of RCI, Inc. (formerly Roof Consultants Institute, Inc.) and is a past member of the Board of Directors having served for 4 years.

He is currently on the Chapter Development Committee. RCI, Inc. is an international association of Building Envelope Consultants. Steve is also a Founding Member of the North Texas Chapter of RCI and has served various positions on their Board and as President of the Chapter. Steve has taught various classes for RCI, Inc. and has recently helped rewrite one of their courses.

As a proud veteran having served 22 years in the military, Steve knows the value and importance of quality work. He insists on it, and Steve brings that ethic to each and every project.

Cindy Chadwell

DIRECTOR OF ARCHITECTURE

Cindy Chadwell has over 30 years experience in Architectural Design and Construction, specializing in roofing design and construction since 1993. She has extensive experience in managing all phases of Design and Construction Projects. She has worked for general contracting companies as well as architectural firms prior to entering the roof consulting profession.

Cindy is the former President/CEO of ROOFTECH/The Chadwell Group LP. She began as Director of Construction Administration in 1993 and was General Manager of ROOFTECH from 2001 until she purchased ROOFTECH in 2003. Her responsibilities included managing the daily operations as well as design, consulting, inspection, testing, and construction administration projects for clients.

Cindy obtained her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been a Registered Architect in the State of Texas since 1996, and has been a Registered Roof Consultant since 2003.

Cindy served as Chair of the Ethics Committee for the Dallas Chapter of American Institute of Architects and was past President of the North Texas Chapter of International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants Formerly Roof Consultants Institute (RCI). She is a current member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Texas Society of Architects (TSA), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) ,Roofing Industry Committee on Weather Issues (RICOWI), North Texas Roofing Contractors Association (NTRCA), Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT), Construction Research Advisory Committee at the University of Texas at Arlington, Texas Association of Physical Plant Administrators (TAPPA), and Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO).

Shawn Clark

DIRECTOR OF CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Shawn Clark has over 20 years experience in office administration with 15 years in Contract Administration. She holds a B.A. degree in Recreational Leadership with a minor in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Shawn handled contract administration for the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (Trinity Railway Express), the North Texas Tollway Authority (DNT Phase 3 & PGBT Segment IV), and DFWIA (Terminal C Expansion & ATSAC II Integrated Partners Joint Venture).

At ROOFTECH, Shawn prepares and executes contract documents, pay applications, change orders, tracks projects and provides project closeout documentation in accordance with the contract documents. She also prepares the companies Statement of Qualifications / Request for Qualifications, and client proposals. ​
